This review is for the historic house itself in which the business operates, design inspired via Russian Victorian architecture. We call this 'The Russian House/Mini Palace' of Ogden. Visiting this house is worth the short drive, if you reside in Ogden -- get out, admire the craftsmanship, snap some photos! All around beautiful house!

Lindy Hamilton and staff did a great job handling my case. They answered questions when needed, kept me informed and up to date on my case. Lindy got my case settled and I was very pleased with the outcome. I would highly recommend her services.

I was very disappointed with my service with this firm. If you want a paralegal that only works 2-3 days per week with limited hours those days, than this law firm is for you. Six months after I have settled, and was promised everything was paid for, i got a bill for almost $250. After calling and bringing the bill in, they tell me the gal working my case no longer works there and they are sorry they missed this bill, but there is nothing they can do about it. They also stated that I am fully responsible for any copayments, even though I was the victim in this accident. Throughout my case I was encouraged to get additional injections and keep going to the doctor for any medication they recommended, to ensure I had a strong case. Physical therapy was working for me and I wasn't out to make a bunch of money, I just wanted to be healed fully, not medicated all the time so I didn't feel the pain. This firm is all about them making a buck, not about you getting healed and getting your bills paid. I would strongly recommend trying a different law office. I will never recommend this place to anyone that wants to be treated fairly.

I was in an MVA 4 1/2 years ago, and was recommended by two of my doctors to retain a personal injury attorney. I didn't know anything about the legalities of personal injury, so I asked a few attorneys about their recommendation. 4 out of 5 attorneys referred me to Lindy saying she was a 'bulldog.' That proved true. She was great at educating me with clear direction on my choice to either settle early or continue forward waiting to see how my recovery panned out. She respected that opening a personal injury lawsuit is a stressful situation, and some individuals wish to settle sooner, but if they do, it's over and they won't have a possible settlement to cover the scope of potential injuries that may manifest over time. I chose to continue forward and be patient. While my initial recovery was mostly based on severe whiplash and some back/spine issues, 18 months later I had my first knee surgery. At that point I was regularly having my knee drained of fluid, multiple injections to relieve the pain, along with being posed with multiple restrictions such as no more running, no more kneeling, etc. If I had settled prematurely, I would have never had the opportunity to be compensated for these life-long injuries I sustained. In my discussions with her, she seems to have more knowledge about medical injuries than some doctors! She is the legal shield and knows what she is doing, and handled all the communication with the medical and car insurance companies. While being in the middle of an overwhelming situation, any client of Lindy's is going to completely taken care of. I realized the caliber of her capability as time went on, and became more and more grateful I had retained her. I also worked with Janeth, Pam, Nichole and Stephanie, who were all patient, educating, and guided me through every step of the way. While no one wishes to be in a car accident, retaining Lindy and her staff turned that difficult, painful, and very stressful situation into the most positive outcome that it could be. I recommend everyone to Lindy and her great team.
