Ive seen some pretty poor reviews about this place and can only imagine that the ones giving them are just sad people in general, unhappy that they broke the law . Roy has been very professional with me, yeah, he is a tad on the hard to get ahold of side, but with a case volume like he deals with, thats to be expected. Im probably going to lose my case ( hoping not) but do know that he has given his best to defend me.

Terrible lawyer. Lied to me to get me to plead guilty, never informed me of what sentence I was facing. Hell the Ogden pd "lost" the video footage and he never even used that in court. Constantly lied about not needing to appeal because he was doing everything he could to help me in prison, something he doesn't even have influence on. An all around terrible and lazy individual.

Roy has been an exceptional attorney, getting my husband a way better deal than we could have ever imagined on a very bleak looking criminal case. I would recommend him 100% of the time for anyone who needs someone honest and aggressive to stand in their court! We are so grateful we made the call and secured his services. He is also very fairly priced and worked with us with payments. He is worth every penny!

Roy was my lawyer and heaven knows everyone has their own opinions about everyone. Well after reading some of the shady reviews let me leave you with mine. Roy was a great lawyer, communication was had by both parties (a must he can't do it all), he was professional while hilarious at the same time, he was caring while serious and he was there for me in a hard time. Anytime a lawyer is needed it is hard. He made me feel at ease he didn't judge me in any of my time of need. Do not let others bad reviews feature you from your future and what you need to find in a good, honest and relaxed lawyer. Thanks Roy and staff (who were just as great).

So we hired Roy to help my husband with something. We went to court the first time and Roy did nothing to defend my husband. NOTHING! my husband paid him $2200 to hire him and that was all he owed. Well we the went to court the 2nd time and Roy AGAIN did nothing to defend my husband with a case we had. He would say, " I will take care of you , don't worry. I will help you. ". He didn't take care of anything. He just kinda shrugged his shoulders like oh well. We went to court again to appeal something and the judge told my husband that he would let him get rid of what he had going. Well everything was ok. Well the Roy emailed my husband and said the he owed $750 dollars for extra work that he went above and beyond to get the outcome we did. And then he told my husband that, "I cannot control the judge." He said if we do not pay him he will take us to small claims court, get a judgement on him and take it from you, the choice is yours. He never said a word about my husband having to pay more. I will never recommend anyone to him.
