When negotiations failed 3 months ago, he Wouldn't start a complaint to take action in a court settlement as I instructed him to take it to court. It's probable treble damages will be awarded. In the 6 months when he took on the case, not 1 statement was ever sent, even asking for multiple times. Upon termination he milked the entire retainer fees. I asked what refund I would be given on last call. A week later sent an invoice dated 16 days before it was sent. Not the type of attorney I was expecting.

I wish more Attorneys were as sincere, dedicated and knowledgeable Alan Stewart. To this point in my case, Alan has had every ruling working in my favor. Having the original case dismissed all together. Mr Stewart did everything in his power to do all he could beyond his regular practice as he felt deeply that I was wronged. Alan spent countless hours working on my case and keeping in constant contact. I felt as though Alan took the time to help me understand every piece of the process and ensured every step was according to legal procedure on my end. Alan's attention to detail saved me from my exes attorney falsely filling a motion to strike when he by law had no right to do so at said point. This resulted in the opposing parties having to pay a portion of my attorney fees. I highly recommend Alan, he is honest and will not take you for all your money. I wish I had found him earlier on in my case.
