I've never filled bankruptcy before, but I've heard of the horrors of having to go through it, even with a lawyer. Wasatch Legal Services has made it VERY simple and STRESS FREE. Jessica explained how everything works and everything I had to do step by step, and promptly answered my text messages and emails. Big plus is there ware pay plans so you don't just go straight back into debt. Keep up the good work!!

The team was very helpful. Answered any and all questions i had. They were also the most affordable that I found. Everything was easy and simple. They were also very easy to reach and would get back to me immediately. I am only a few weeks into the bankruptcy 7 process, but it has been a good experience so far... Hopefully the service continues. If it does not, I will definitely review again.

Do NOT use this firm for your bankruptcy. Derek and his team have horrible communication skills. They make careless mistakes and when it's brought to their attention, they either don't respond at all or brush you off and still don't make a correction. I signed a reaffirmation agreement for my auto loan, it was rejected by the courts because Derek didn't sign the paperwork (careless mistake 1). When I brought the rejection letter to their attention they ignored me for weeks. When they finally responded I was told to ignore it and that it was handled. 2 months later I follow up on it because it's still be rejected by the court. Derek asks me why it was rejected?? As my lawyer, he should have known this, but also I sent them the rejection later 2 months earlier and was assured this was handled. Now I'm waiting on my report of no distribution from the trustee. The trustee requested documents back in March of 2025. I sent the documents I had in and informed them I could not access the other documents. They said I might have to sign an affidavit but that it's fine. We are now in September and the trustee is still requesting the same documents because Derek's firm had not communicated what I said back in March. I am now on week 3 trying to get a follow up and have gotten zero responses. Save yourself the extra stress in an already stressful situation and find a different lawyer.

I highly recommend Wasatch Legal Services. I was able to file Ch.13 bankruptcy and the process was simple. The meetings with the attorney and paralegal were very informative. Also they cost to file Ch.13 bankruptcy was affordable.
