Dustin is definitely a fighter, but that doesn't mean it's in the best interest of someone's kids. He definitely got a lot of money out of my ex, pushing him to fight every little thing. Which they lost in the long run. It drug out a situation for 3 years, putting my kids lives in limbo but also so much stress. He didn't care what was best for his clients kids. An attorney should be a realist and know when to help you mediate a situation - not push you to fight, stonewall and cause heartache and wasted money. They should think of the children. I'm grateful to have attorneys who aren't money hungry and know when to tell their clients let's mediate this situation so it doesn't drag on for your children or for your own sake.
