If the need arises again in the future, I'd do business with this law firm again in a heartbeat. Especially for traffic tickets! I'd very much rather pay the Jardine fee and take it to court instead of facing "five years of frustration " with the insurance company possibly increasing rates.

Extremely disappointing experience. Paid a significant amount for what turned out to be a basic, rubber-stamped plea deal I could have negotiated myself. Communication was nearly nonexistent -- I had to call multiple times just to get a brief text response. The lack of professionalism, transparency, and client care was alarming. I expected advocacy, but got indifference. Would not recommend.
