05/27/2025 Thank you, Joe for making my huge "asset" win happen in court today! I was in awe of how you commanded the courtroom! You are amazing! "Thank you," is not a big enough statement! I could not believe what you accomplished in as little as one hour. You were concise, undeterred, and directly to the point! You should be on TV! I will always give you an extremely powerful recommendation for anyone who wants to win his or her divorce case! You were very thoughtful to offer my former-husband divorce negotiations last week and all through the divorce process, which he refused to his detriment! I am sorry I was overly expressive in court! I am more humble and calmer now. I was just so excited because the judge gave me everything you asked for in my behalf. This was an extremely difficult case as my former-husband has a very strong, difficult and unyielding personality! The man saw adventure and a lake full of dragon fly's and his next blessing's in life. Then as heavenly Father was about to leave the bench. He pointed to the door go open the door and walk upstairs. You will find a man at his desk. He will guide you to My perfect Angel . She is assigned to be in charge of all my perfect s. On . The man did as Jesus said and walked upstairs and sat in a chair. The guy replied hi my name is Joe I've been assigned to send you an from heavenly Father. He pulled out a list nine feet tall. Oh my replied the man that many perfect s exist on this . Which one is the fairest of them all. Her name is Sarah and she is in charge of all the angels now go here is her number and work location. Ok said the man how will I know she is perfect. Oh you will know her "Hair" shines as bright as the above and her heart is golden and full of love in the Lord Jesus Christ. The man did as told and went to the perfect Angel 's office. He sat down and had not eaten in three days. The perfect angel looked at the man and ordered Jimmy John's sandwiches and chips and a soda. Oh she replied don't worry for the next three years of the pain you go through my Angles will take care of you. She said Jesus said feed my sheep . How will I know they are like you. Oh there "Hair" shines just like mine. Every were the man went for 3 years he saw angles amongst him. He went to the mall, park, work, restaurants, on the train and even at lagoon amusement park. They all fed the man and even some let him have shelter and showed him the of Christ so he wasn't left in the dark . Even when the man was down to his last dime at times the Catholic Church gave the man some food and other members of the Mormon church fed him and the children as well. Steve Nemelka is one of those rare people who embody a consistency of character, integrity, and ethic. I believe these qualities to be essential in anyone - but especially in a lawyer. As my lawyer working on my 2 1/2 year divorce case, he maintained the same personality and professionalism that he introduced himself with on our first phone call. Although my ex and his lawyer regularly used bullying, unethical, and revenge-motivated tactics; Steve always responded with rationality, honest legal practices, and sound advice. He is also equally funny as he is smart, a quality I greatly appreciated during this incredibly stressful experience! Steve is hands-down one of the best humans I've been lucky enough to work with and I'm grateful that he is also an excellent lawyer.

I'm glad Steve Nemelka isn't the most competent lawyer or else he may have done damage to my finances. He represented my ex from December 2020 to May 2022. He contributed to dragging out the divorce process 1.5 years for a nine month marriage. My ex ended up with roughly the same amount I had originally offered her if we did it without lawyers. Anything she gained was likely cancelled out in legal fees. Steve was also remarkably unresponsive to emails, rude in correspondence, unprofessional, and intentionally misled judges during the process. I'll give him two stars instead of one, because I appreciate the way he helped me save a lot of money long-term.

Joe is a great attorney. He helped me a lot with my case and worked with me on on a repayment plan so my monthly payments were an amount within my budget until I was able to pay off my balance.
