We were referred to the Utah Adoption Law Center, and they did an excellent job. The entire process from foster parents to adoption was smooth and straightforward--most of it was handled electronically, which made everything very convenient. Since we have a scanner, it was easy to print, sign, and re-scan the necessary documents. We also communicated via email with the legal assistant who was preparing our paperwork, and we felt that the communication was clear and responsive.
