I sought legal assistance from Mr. Munson and his law office after I was charged with misdemeanor counts after inadvertently causing a fire behind my house. I'd never had any legal issues in my life, not even a parking ticket, and was at a loss as to how to proceed. I called Mr. Munson after seeing multiple 5 star reviews and I'm very glad I did. He returned my call that same afternoon and assured me that he could help me navigate my case. He charged a flat fee and I thought it was very reasonable. Mr. Munson was able to negotiate a plea agreement with the prosecuting attorney such that the charges would be dropped from my record in 18 months if I had no further legal infractions. I'm very very pleased with the representation I received. Both Mr. Munson and his assistants are very compassionate and sympathetic and helped alleviate a lot of the anxiety I was feeling.
