KKOS Lawyers

I listened to Mark's podcast and was very excited to set up my LLC with KKOS. The attorney was very attentive and knowledgeable and that made me gain trust in the firm. I received an initial email from the legal assistant Caitlyn Henderson who was supposed to help me set up my business. After the initial email, communication from the legal assistant became almost non-existent. When I received the DocuSign paperwork there were some major errors that needed to be fixed which I pointed out to Caitlyn. It took almost three weeks to receive the corrected DocuSign. During this time, I tried calling her multiple times no less than 10 times and she never answered or called back. After I signed the paperwork it took another four weeks until she finally emailed me back. By the time my set up was complete it had been nearly 8 months since Caitlyn first contacted me. With the amount of money I spent, I expected better customer service. Due to the great experience during the consult with the attorney, I might use KKOS again in the future. However, the lack of communication from Caitlyn will definitely have me requesting a different legal assistant.

I have nothing but great things to say about KKOS Lawyers. Kevin, Olivia, and Nini really went above and beyond to get my LLCs set up properly and meet all the deadlines for my business obligations. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking professional legal advice and assistance for business purposes.

When I needed an IRA/LLC set up in a rush, they not only delivered on time but also provided really clear instructions on how to operate it. Scarlett is a super-geek when it comes to entities and taxes, but what I love most is how easy she is to talk with. She explains complex stuff in a way that actually makes sense, and she's genuinely enjoyable to work with. Shelbie is awesome too and always responds to me quickly. When I had another complicated entity need (Series LLC) with another tight deadline, Scarlett's schedule was booked solid for over a week. I was totally shocked when she offered to meet with me during her lunch break the next day just to make sure I could get everything done in time! It's so refreshing to work with someone who not only knows their stuff inside and out but is also just really nice to deal with. You can tell Scarlett genuinely cares about her clients.
