I got in a car accident three days before I had to leave for Europe, and I brought my car into Accident Pros for the repair. They were AMAZING to work with. When I brought the car in, I explained that I was leaving for Europe in 3 days and would be gone for a month. They gave me ZERO hassle about leaving the car there while I was gone, and they said I could just come pick it up when I return, no problem. No extra charge for leaving my car there for so long. While I was in Europe, I received frequent updates about the progress of the repair, and it was completed before I even returned. I was able to come pick up the car when I got home, and my car had been completely restored to the pre-accident state. It was like the accident never even happened. Very pleased with the repair. Accident Pros was fantastic to work with from start to finish. Kind, personable staff who truly cares about fixing your car and making the whole process hassle-free for you. They removed so much stress for me during a very stressful time. I definitely recommend them for your collision repair. Hopefully I won't ever get in an accident again, but if I do, I know exactly where to go.

The staff provided excellent customer service; they were professional and friendly. They were flexible with me regarding the timing of dropping off and picking up the vehicle. They provided status updates regularly. They were quick with the repairs, and the paint match was exact. I can tell that their craftsmanship is held to a high standard. They even cleaned the car before returning it to me, which was a pleasant surprise.

They did a fantastic job with our car. It came back looking like new. Great attention to detail and it came home very clean as well. They kept us updated throughout the process and called if they had questions. It was also finished when promised, despite a couple extra things needing to be added at the last minute. We would definitely return and 100% recommend!

I took my car here after my undercarriage was ripped free in a snow storm. The customer service was amazing from start to finish. It is a little hard to work around them only being open Monday-Friday 9-5 to pick up your car BUT Tiffany really went the extra mile and stayed a half hour after close on a Friday to wait for me to come get my vehicle. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone!
