Christoffer Todd Binning Assistant, CSR, paralegal, Liz whatever her title is has hung up on me when I was speaking to her and I tried to call back to get the information she was telling me, and she has hung up on me over 15 times. She is not good for your business; you need to hire someone else. I believe all customers or potential clients deserve a service built on trust, care, and personal attention. Every position I have held has been Customer relations, where I make every interaction effortless, supportive, and tailored to the Customers or client needs. From answering questions clearly to ensuring the customer or client understands, send the information that is need, correct what wrong, to go beyond expectations. Customers love that I never rush them off the phone, I take the time to listen, assist, and ensure they feel confident and supported. I'm persistent on making every Customer and Client, or potential Client or customer experience phenomenal! Liz does not know how to speak to potential clients, how to be respectful but does know how to be disrespectful and hang up on you 15 times like a child. I called several of your contact numbers and every number I called she hung up on me and all I wanted was the information that she said I needed to call. She is horrible for your company and if she is family, this is why you don't hire family. I will be posting this on every review I can find. I wanted to let Hepworth Legal know this as well because this affects your company too.
