I got in a motorcycle accident last year and had no idea what I was supposed to do and was recommended Steven Day to go to for help. Very Frustrating Experience I really wish I had gone with a different attorney after my accident. From the start, communication was almost nonexistent. I had to keep calling just to get basic updates, and even then, I'd get vague answers or be transferred between different people who didn't seem to know what was going on with my case. I expected my attorney to guide me through the process, but I felt like I was handling everything on my own. Months went by with little progress, and whenever I asked questions, I rarely got clear explanations. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this firm
