Everyone including Mr. Borri, were exceptional at assisting me through the process of the September 11th Victims Compensation Fund. Mr. Borri acted quickly in reaching back out to me when I first reached out to them and let me know what the process would entail. MacKenzie always made sure to repeat everything to me so that I understand what to expect.
