Completely unworthy of being an attorney met with Mr. BIRCH regarding a will and all he could talk about was his own children and their problems with cows they apparently have and personaL matters. He continued on to tell stories of his past raising his own kids and could careless of what we were asking of him. We simply wanted a will to be made. Mr. BIRCH informed us that he would have a draft done within two weeks its now been 2 months and one week and after several calls to his office he has yet to produced a draft of our will or return any phone calls. This is both unprofessional and completely unacceptable. Mr. BIRCh Should honestly retire if all he wants to do with people is reminisce about his own personal affairs. Don't waste your time with this man!!
