I have been dealing with the people for nearly 3 years and it's the same song and dance. Good luck getting a call back, follow up email, or and type of correspondence. I have experience a high turnover with personal to the point where if I'm not calling them my case seems to be forgotten, and when I do speak to someone they tell me that the last person that was helping me no longer works there and so there for things were passed along and then they are asking me for what the last update I received (they didn't even bother to read the mile long email thread I have with them or read any type of note the supposedly wrote down), and then the attorney assistant now needs to catch up & put pieces together. These guys are incredibly unprofessional, and if I knew what I know now about these guys then I would have NEVER signed the dotted line. This firm is by far the absolute worst experience I have ever had. These guys are a joke. Read the negative reviews and they all have something in common. It would not surprise me if the positive reviews are from made up accounts. If you want outstanding representation go to Dash and Port. Those guys get it done and they dont b.s. you and move fast. I can't stress enough... STAY AWAY FROM THIS FIRM unless you like the runarounds, being lied to, and like the upmost lack of communication then these are your guys.

I signed my contract with these office in April 2025. I ended my contract with these people in November 2025 for the following reasons for 7 months. I got zero treatment because they claimed there was no Orthopedics doctors in the LA area that I could treat me . I've never got my correct temporary disability pay due to me from Workmen's Comp as well because they kept telling me that my math was wrong only to admit at the very end that my math was correct and theirs was wrong. I was evicted from my apartment in May 2025 because there was never enough money from temporary disability for Workman's comp. They suggested that I live in my car and be homeless as so many people does that in LA already. In September they recommended that I moved back to Los Angeles so I can get Surgery on my lag. And I did so. Only to find out that the doctor they sent me to it was only a consultant who could not actually do leg surgery so I wasted my time in the moved to Los Angeles for no reason at all. To this day, I've never received treatment for my disability as I was severely hurt at work. I have been told that I must get total hip replacement surgery or lose my leg by 15 different orthopedic surgeons. But none of those surgeons would do the surgery because they're not allowed to for whatever reason according to the insurance. I never get my correct TD pay as well . I have literally sent 40-50 maybe even 100 emails about these issues and they've always been ignored, A personal friend of mine who Referred me, to this attorney who is a QME doctor For the state of California is a aware of everything that has been going on who referred me to this office and he has now told me that he will never refer anyone else to this office because of what they've done. I am aware that there's been other clients who had the same problems and they've also had to leave and find legal assistance elsewhere. Today I received the email stating that they no longer want to work with me because I have unrealistic expectations for medical care. I guess the fact that if I don't get the surgery, I can lose my entire leg is not that very important. Well for 7 months I had no medical care. The best thing you could do is keep everything documented because they lose documents quite often they also have my son a case because he was injured in a car accident, and they have no clue about documents that I have personally sent to them because they keep losing them. All I can say is if you few sign up with this office, understand the risk understand that you better not expect no medical care because they told me that today in writing. You sign up at your own risk
