I've worked with McCraw Law Group twice now for two different car accidents and one of them contained a lawsuit, and both experiences have been amazing. I specifically want to thank Ian Kalis and Thompson Du for taking such great care of me throughout both cases! Extremely Unprofessional and a Complete Waste of Time! I had a very frustrating experience with McCraw Law Group. I first submitted all the details about my dog bite incident online. Then an assistant called me and asked for the exact same information I had already provided. After that, they connected me with attorney John, who spoke very casually and slowly, asking once again for all the same details I had already given twice. He acted very gentle and sympathetic, taking his time with every question, but in the end told me that they are "too busy" and "cannot take any new cases." So why make me repeat everything three times and waste so much of my time? This felt extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. It seemed like they didn't take my case seriously at all. I do not recommend this law firm to anyone. They do not value people's time and made me feel like they were just brushing off my situation.
