Ms.Ostovich represented me in a Personal Injury lawsuit against a drunk driver that drove into my house. I was never notified that this case went to trial which resulted in Attorney Ostovich receiving 3x the settlement agreement & I received very little. In other words she took 75% & sent me 15%... I do not recommend hiring her. The final settlement took over two years to reach & she denied any requests for advance payment to help with medication & basic living expenses.
