I was not the debtor however my significant other was and from the time that she paid them to follow the bankruptcy it took him two and a half months to actually file it causing her to go delinquent on her vehicle the numbers that they had in their schedules were all incorrect they had her house about using appraisal $100,000 more than what it really was he's trying to talk her into staying in a chapter 13 specifically for a car that she should have been paying for it directly outside of the bankruptcy and is that just basically refusing to do what she wants to do. He comes off as very arrogant. I'm extremely disappointed in myself for recommending them to her. They have not helped her whatsoever and did a very poor job of explaining the process and how bankruptcy works expecting the better or possible vendors to know all this technical legal jargon etc. I was on a conference call with them trying to help her make sure she understood and trying to make sure that she relayed what she wanted him to do and all he wanted to do with me was questioned my credentials on my previous bankruptcy experience which is 15 plus years simply because I couldn't write off the top of my head and name the bankruptcy firms I had worked for previously. He handled that call exactly how I figured he would which was tried to do what he wants her to do and not what she wants to do because ultimately that's what matters most. Soda sum it up
