Lost primary custody of my son to an abuser because Connie has so many cases she's taking on at once that she forgets to bring up all of the countless reports of abuse, the fact that the abuser isn't aloud to see his other child from another woman, sleeps on a couch at his moms house, only works part time, has a history of domestic violence. The list goes on and on. I only had enough money for 1 court date which was a $2000 retainer fee which I had to apply a loan for because being a single mom with absolutely no help from the other parent is really hard to come up with so after the first court date which everything the other lawyer was saying about me was a complete lie so I couldn't afford to pay another $3000 for an additional court date to have people come to my apt to see that I'm physically fit. Every time I talked to her on the phone she would rush me off and not give me a chance to speak hardly. My sons father took my son from me one day and wouldn't give him back. I went months without seeing him and after court finally came and was over I expressed to Connie how she forgot to mention basically every little thing about him while I was crying my eyes out and all she could say was, well you can always find another lawyer. Really? WITH WHAT MONEY? She sounds good over the phone when you speak with her and makes you really confident because she sounds aggressive but it's a completely different story in the court room. Connie has ruined my life and my sons too.

I dealt with Mr. McGuire when I was 9 years old, in 1998 due to a car accident. We required his legal services for me, to set aside money for when I turned 18. When I came back to Mr. McGuire in 2007, he had no clue whom I was. He tried to charge me for his services that we paid for prior. I would not go to this man for his services. I went to him for criminal issues in waxahachie, tx and he treated me guilty, even as my attorney. I had to beg him to do his job. Went to court and he just sat there and asked for more time to investigate. Then when he would talk to me one on one, he wouldn't look at me, he would stare at the wall. He told me to take the deal, it was the best I could get unless I wanted to spend more money. When I spoke about money, his eyes widened. When I spoke about the cops breaking into my house, throwing me in the cop car, and abusing me, he didn't care. Waxahachie police officers 2015. I have significant encephalomalacia on my left frontal lobe. Yes. Brain damage. This man sat there and harassed and treated me like a delinquent when I had a head injury and stroke in 1998. He never once asked about my medical records which is why he handled my case in 1998. He is an ambulance chaser.
