Kevin is an exceptionally professional attorney who cares about your issue. He also is very down to earth and didn't make me feel inadequate asking questions. I thought this would be a simple business transaction. He suggested several documents I needed to protect myself and the business. I was selling. He is available all the time. One time I had a question and he talked to me on the way to his child's tennis game! Not a run of the mill attorney. I would recommend him to highly and will use him again if the need arises.
