Mr. Rosenstein was much more reasonable and understanding than any of the other attorneys in the area that we contacted. He agreed to take our case with very short notice, but he was still far more prepared than the opposing counsel, who was from the top rated firm in town. His experience and knowledge of the law was crucial in helping us win the case. It took less than 15 minutes for him to have the entire case dropped and he fought to have us compensated for the fees we were out as well. After my ex began violating our custody agreement and denying my visitation rights, he disappeared with our son for 9 months, then decided to take me to court to try and strip me of as many of my rights as he could.
