I had a great experience working with Lemaster Law Firm. Jennifer is an excellent lawyer, and I also worked closely with her assistant, Tisha, who was equally helpful throughout the process. Their hard work, dedication, and attention to detail were phenomenal, and I truly appreciate the amazing result I received for my settlement. If I could give one piece of feedback, it would be around setting clear expectations for the timeline of the process. Since this was my first major accident and the first time I needed to hire a lawyer, I wasn't sure what to expect. At times, the process felt very long, and I found myself checking in often to see if there were updates. To be clear, whenever I reached out they were always very prompt to respond and gave me the updates I needed. Still, I think clients would really value having some kind of regular check-in-whether weekly, bi-weekly, or whatever fits their schedule. That extra communication would help make the process feel more transparent and reassuring. Sometimes, because it felt so lengthy (my claim took almost 10months to settle) I honestly had moments where I thought about just saying "never mind" and walking away from the claim altogether, not knowing how much longer it might take and if the settlement would be worth "the hassle" but it was definitely worth it! Overall, I'm very grateful for Jennifer and Tisha's hard work and the excellent outcome they achieved for me. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a personal injury lawyer.

Jennifer is the best she'll fight for you and get you what you deserve. I had the pleasure of dealing with one of her paralegals Tanya.She was amazing from.start to finish. Abbie Berger is the absolute best! She answered every text I sent as far as updates even when there were none she still did her best to tell me every detail of the process of my case. She will get you the most out of any case you have. Abbie pushed through companies trying to drag their feet and got them to get back to her in a more timely manner. I've had cases in the past and the lawyers always sat on their hands and were very minimally communitive, waiting for companies to get back to them on their time.
