Only 6 starts because 10 wasn't an option. Mr. Dillard saved my family. As a father in Montgomery county the deck is already stacked against you. Mr. Dillard took my case with only 2 weeks before trial, studied the case, communicated with me efficiently and effectively, worked weekends, came up with a perfect game plan and executed it perfectly to win me custody of my 3 children. He was professional, transparent, prepared and honestly the best attorney I've ever seen, if anyone is reading this debating on hiring his office, please just know he comes 2nd to NO ONE and to reach out to me with any questions.

I would not recommend Nicholas Dillard. Paid him in full up front and was reassured multiple times it was enough for my court case. While in court, he was unprepared and turns out he failed to file proper paperwork during divorce proceedings. This negatively affected me and I was ordered to pay a lot more in child support. Also, I have been getting wages double drawn before the court case and after. He did not fix the issue in court. When following up with him after the court case he told me I still owed him from the first court case. All of this when we agreed on a price and he was paid before court. He will not fix issue of the government double garnishment of wages. During one meeting he even recommended that I just don't pay child support and switch things into other peoples names, which I told him I'm an honest person and I would never break the law like that. Seems he takes on too many cases and has a hard time updating you on a case. Sometimes it takes him 2 months to return a call or email. Took him 3 months to just get me the decree. Anyone would be better.

Nick Dillard is by far one of the brightest and most knowledgeable attorneys practicing family law. He is untainted by the corrupt family judicial system and never misses! I to am a father in Montgomery county fighting a 2 year battle for the truth. Nick has stood by my side where others would have walked away. Nick is passionate about his cases, most of all he is honest. He is a beast when it comes to trial. Other attorneys fear him in that regard. I don't think he's ever lost! He goes above and beyond for what's most important, your children. Don't waste your time or money with another family law attorney. Nick Dillard is the best and a beast!

Nicholas Dillard is a boss in the courtroom. His professionalism, legal knowledge and expertise in is the reason my son-in-law was awarded primary of his kids, which for fathers, is a rare occurrence in Montgomery County. For 3 days, I watched him skillfully question and cross examine witnesses to uncover the truth. I will always be grateful to Nick for reuniting my 3 precious grandchildren with their father, who was clearly the more stable parent.
