Impossible to get a hold of case manager. They do not treat you like a human. You already have to take so much time off of work to go to the doctor that you can't pay your bills. You get a specialist appointment scheduled for over two weeks In the future and they don't respond to the specialist so you take Another day off of work to make sure you're in town to go to that specialist and that appointment gets canceled at the last minute when it's too late to be at work making the money because of them ineptitude of the attorneys

You asked me several times to leave you a review and I'm only doing it now because of the text this morning saying you were done asking. I didn't want to leave a review for you because I have nothing nice to say about this law firm. I was appalled with the service you did not provide, you bounced me and my daughter around from person to person "supposedly" handling our case. You did not fight for me or my daughter, we both are still in pain from and me most especially. I was supposedly to see a spine specialist per my doctors request, and you MADE me stop treatment before I could get in to see him. I still have unpaid hospital bills totalling over $21,000 that you guys never even took into consideration. In my experience with your firm I regret ever hiring you, wish I could have fired you, and wouldn't recommend you to even my worst enemy. I should have used someone off of a TV commercial or billboard ad instead of your firm, I pray that you do better for your future clients because you truly screwed me for the rest of my life

I would not recommend this law firm to anyone\I reached out For assistance, after my incident was behind on bills and couldn't even get a 1200 loan i have received a eviction notice. Going the process now11/18/2025.. call anyone but mccormick law firm

I have three open cases with this law firm about to months into settling the first accident and I cant seem to ever get my lawyer on the phone then when I do she has an attitude about calling three times in a spand of almost two weeks if the second settlement proceedings arent better I will definitely be firing and hiring a new lawyer be careful if you choose this law firm they have very bad communication skills

I contacted this law firm to handle my case, and my experience was extremely disappointing. It was nearly impossible to reach the lawyer directly, and whenever I spoke with someone else, they would claim they could assist me but then defer to the lawyer for any substantive answers. Even when I finally managed to speak with the lawyer, they seemed uninformed about my case. I had to escalate my concerns directly to Mr. McCormick himself, sending a strongly worded email, just to see any progress. While this did prompt some action initially, it was short-lived, as the communication breakdown persisted. I had to continually follow up to make any headway. Ultimately, they settled for the least amount of compensation possible, despite my repeated requests to advocate for more. My hope is to never be in another car accident, but if I am, I certainly won't be turning to this law firm for assistance. I can not in good conscience recommend this to anyone. Unfortunate experience
