I recently consulted with this law firm regarding a potential employment discrimination case. While the initial consultation was informative, the subsequent handling of my case left me deeply disappointed. After paying the consultation fee, I was assured that I had a strong case and was quoted a flat fee of $5,000. However, the demand letter that was drafted on my behalf was riddled with errors and had to be revised multiple times. To my dismay, after receiving a response from the employer's attorney, I was informed that the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) may not apply to the academy in question due to its faith-based status. This critical piece of information was not disclosed to me prior to my decision to proceed with the case. Had I known this, I would have reconsidered my options. Despite repeated attempts to contact my attorney via email, requesting a partial refund due to the lack of clarity and communication, I have received no response. This lack of responsiveness has left me frustrated and uncertain about my legal rights. Overall, my experience with this law firm has been unsatisfactory. The initial promise of a strong case and a flat fee was not met, and the subsequent communication and legal advice have been inadequate. I would not recommend this firm to others seeking legal representation.
