Jess Bailey and her group at Bailey Law Firm did a remarkable job. No stone left unturned! They negotiated and performed the sale of our firm with what appeared to be ease because of their knowledge and experience taking much of the burden off us. We were able to get everything we asked for in our contract. Hiring a true M&A attorney is well worth the money when you hire the RIGHT attorney. An UTTER disappointment. Be careful paying her in advance as she may/will not deliver. I had contacted Jess Bailey to review a time sensitive agreement. She charged me $1000 upfront for that to provide me her view and guidance. 4 days later, she was available for a very short time to literally read over the agreement and promised to send me her "response" the following business day. Her office told me she was busy that day, and then the following day. I had to hire another attorney to get my job done. She did not even feel remorse or had the courtesy to contact me - her office told me "It is our firm position that the entire scope of services for which the firm was contracted has been provided". A total rip off of my money and time. BE CAREFUL!

Jess Bailey and her associates have done terrific work for me with agricultural as well as commercial real estate purchases. The first time I used her services was in 2017 when she helped me review the title work for a large tract of timber property near Huntsville. She assisted me again in the purchase of pasture property in Georgetown, Texas in 2018. Then in 2019, my wife and I purchased our first NNN property near Fort Worth, TX. She assisted us in reviewing the title and also the lease contract as well. During all three purchases, Jess Bailey and Julia were prompt, timely, and very courteous at all times. They helped all transactions move quickly and seamlessly. I plan to use the Bailey Law firm in future commercial real estate purchases, and I highly recommend her services to anyone else as well!
