I went to her and told her my case, and asked her what would it cost. Asked if that was the most it would cost and she gave me stipulations and I thought we had followed to a T. But calls me in for a meeting to let me know that as long as I was paid up each month by the 5th I wouldn't need to pay another retainer. Told her that I had already paid the most it should cost as long as we had went by her stipulations. We had. But she said she didn't know that they were going to do this and that. Even though I told her they were going to do everything they could to prevent me from winning. So I'd already went out way to deep and couldn't afford to continue now that I was already in depth with her another 1300 plus she charged me another $750 for that meeting to tell me I had to pay more. So I had to withdraw. Then she took me to small claims court trying to get another $5000 from me. In which the judge thought we should split it. But seen them eating breakfast a few days later. (Sure I bought that breakfast.) so she had my washed garnished and she got here money. Even though I had to file for bankruptcy and have fought for my place got some time now. But hey she got a new motor home for her and her girlfriend. Hope she burns in hell in the extra hot just for her. Thanks for nothing!!
