The Dunken Law Firm

Not a good experience at all. Very inconsistent. I settled for an amount and was told I would be rewarded that amount minus 1400.00 to be paid to the law firm, 6 months later I was told that they hired a second attorney to assist, 4 months later I received a check minus 25000,00. 11,000 is what was subtracted from my settlement for the second attorney plus the 1400.00 to Dunken. I asked several times what was the amount being paid to the other attorney and kept being promised a return call. I never received a call but received a check minus a total of 25,000 that was taken from my settlement. I still have unpaid bills from my surgery. I received 16 percent of the settlement.

I filled out paperwork in August 2019. They did receive it in August 2019. I was told in November 2019 that they received my medical information. In all this time, they have never contacted me through mail or a phone call to give me any status information on my case. I have never been so disgusted on a company that does not contact the client. The least this law firm can do is keep the client updated.

I submitted paperwork for a potential case back in January 2020. I tried to contact them about a month ago. Spoke to a lady and told me her system was down, so she couldn't see any updates to my case. I tried to call yesterday several times amd the number got forwarded to a cellphone. Tried to contact them via Facebook. My messages are getting read but no response. This is not professional and darn right rude and annoying!
