I hired Lori Matthews after dealing with a guardianship attorney who was non-responsive. Lori filed the paperwork to take over from that attorney, and handled all the guardianship paperwork after that, so I never missed a deadline! It's stressful enough having a disabled family member that you have to take guardianship for, but Lori made the process go smoothly. Then several years later, when my family member passed away, Lori was very empathetic and super helpful in getting the guardianship closed.
