Never received an email, call or txt that she was no longer my lawyer. Found out when my soon to be ex husband called to ask me what happened because he received a court filing notification. She is unresponsive, unreliable, she does the bare minimum. If she doesn't see you as valuable, she does just enough to hardly do anything. Her and Kristina the assistant dont respond to calls txt or emails, however they are quick to send invoices. If you call from an unknown number she'll answer immediately because you could be a potential client. Don't recommend. She will drop you if you miss one payment, since she knows people are desperate and vulnerable she uses that to manipulate you and not do her job.

Jessica Marie Moreno provided an extremely poor and unethical experience. We paid her **$9,000** to assist my wife in a divorce case that was already mostly completed. From the start, Jessica dragged her feet. She was eager to take our money but completely ignored us afterward. - **No Communication**: Despite multiple calls and emails, Jessica rarely responded. We had to constantly chase her just to get an appointment. - **Lack of Interest**: When we finally met, she acted disinterested, as if our case didn't matter. She kept pushing us off and never took the time to listen or understand our situation. - **No Work Done**: We paid $9,000 upfront, but Jessica never spent even **one hour** working on our case. She didn't review any documents or provide any meaningful assistance. - **Unfair Refund**: When we decided to hire another attorney and fire Jessica, she refunded only **$1,600** of the $9,000 we paid. This left us with no funds to continue fighting our case. Jessica claimed she was always in court, but after reading her reviews, it's clear that no one wants to work with her. She has a pattern of taking people's money and providing no service in return. **Stay away from this attorney.** She is unethical, unprofessional, and should not be practicing law. We will be reporting her to the bar association in hopes that they take action. Do not make the same mistake we did--save your money and your sanity by avoiding Jessica Marie Moreno.

Jessica was my court appointed attorney and to say she was the worst attorney I have ever had is an understatement. Her nor her assistant would ever return any calls. She actually did worse by never even consulting with the district attorney. If you sign up for a job than you need to do it to the best of your ability. There was nothing good that came out of this attorney and my current attorney I have now is unraveling all her mess.

I hired this horrible incompetent woman as an attorney. She was Recovering from liposuction & she came to court the 1st time unprepared. On the last court hearing she did not show up. Jessica abandoned me at the most crucial time. She caused me and my family tremendous pain and heartbreak.

I have know Jessica Jaramillo since law school, where we attended together. She is a great person and attorney. I would recommend her for all family law cases.
