Worst experience. I called to seek legal advice, to even see if I had a case or not because I really was not sure, and I don't hold it against them for not taking my "case" but again I just wanted some advice on the matter. However the girl who took my information was so rude. She asked a question that I did not understand, so I said I wasn't sure what she was asking and she raised her voice at me. She really didn't take anything I said with seriousness and made me not even want to finish talking to her. It's horrible for someone that's going to be the first line of your service to be so rude.
