I understand this is not your daughter's page however your daughter does not have one of her own when you google her name yours comes up. I wouldn't recommend using Linzie Roeslor she was assigned to my cousins case for CPS. During that time a situation occurred in which my little cousin got removed from the home due to SA. Linzie's solution was sign your rights away and telling her and the other mom involved she would find away to seek justice for the girls. Telling them she would figure out what they need to do to sue empower however it's been months and Linzie hasn't done a thing. It's not fair to tell someone you will get justice and not do it not to mention you didn't put up a fight for these girls either. Their babies are traumatized and what do those poor babies get out of it?

Lindsay Roesler was my public defender, and in my experience she actively worked against my defense. She allowed exculpatory evidence to be suppressed, benefiting the prosecution, let faulty judgment papers stand without correction, misled me multiple times, and allowed my motion to dismiss to remain incomplete, making it useless for appeal. I was let down. I had to prosecute my own appeal, but in Grayson County's conviction conveyor belt, the odds were stacked against me from the start.
