Tim was referred to me by his old receptionist whom i went to church with. He was highly recommended. I paid him the retainer and he basically went MIA and took my money! i actually paid him for 2 child custody cases. one case he claimed he had been going back and forth with the other parties lawyer, this was probably 2021/2020 this case was abandoned. i was only ever able to get him to do his job on the other case due to my kids grandmother passing away and their Bio father kidnapping them while on he run from felony warrants. we had to call from blocked numbers and babysit his office just to catch him. eventually he did his job on that part. however the actual custody part after the EPO he never finished either. Just as many others have said before me, he did the bare minimum only due to me and a family member harassing him to do his job. Many times i would call and he wouldn't answer or his wife would claim that he wasn't in the office or would return my call yet they never contacted me back. they would answer when i called from a blocked number however. I would not recommend this attorney

Tim was my divorce attorney and is still helping me with the ongoing custody situation. He was recommended to me by a family member who also had a good outcome with his services. He is experienced in both family and criminal law which has proven to be very beneficial in my case as he seems to have insights and knowledge that not all attorneys have. He's also saved me time and money by smartly managing the different maneuvers within my case. I highly recommend.

Mr. Haney is literally an "angel in disguise". I had a very difficult and ugly divorce case and no one , absolutely no one would take my case. Mr Haney stepped up, stepped in and won.!! Mr Haney, in a diffult time, took my case without retainer, has been communicative, treated me with dignity, fought hard for me and won a difficult case. Because of this, I would recommend him to all my family and friends

Tim was my divorce attorney. Good man and helped me with my case. Provided him evidence needed for court. Won case. Communication was a bit of an issue but overall was taken care of. Will use him again if needed.

Not returning Phone Calls. Inexcusable for a lawyer when it comes to a Child Custody matter. A simple revision of a document - file and set a hearing. I think we will have to file other State Bar if this is not turned around quickly.
