Whomever the receptionist is, she has horrible professionalism and etiquette. Cutting off inquiring prospective clients in the middle of talking is extremely rude. I had 3 matters I was looking to hire an attorney for, and found this law practice through Metlife. The most pressing matter was a ticket my son received, and then I also need to get my children's last names changed and a Will made. Before I could even get through the ticket matter the receptionist cut me off and said "Before you continue let me let you know we aren't taking any tickets". Well I do apologize that the middle of my sentence interrupted the beginning of yours! Cutting me off may have saved you 30 seconds, but it also lost your law office money and a prospective client.
