This is my third time using this firm. Overall, I've had a decent experience in the past, and that's why I came back. They've been professional and have gotten solid results for me before. That said, this current case has been more frustrating. I started the process back in March, submitted all my paperwork, completed the medical evaluations, and have been waiting ever since for a clear update or a fair settlement. It feels like things have been moving slowly, and the offers they've brought to me so far seem lower than what I expected or believe is fair. I still hope for a good outcome, but I wish communication and urgency were more consistent this time around.

This firm, so far has been great! They have been considerate, kind and very helpful. If the service I am receiving continues, I would recommend to others and use again myself. I will leave more at the end of our encounter. I am terribly late adding to my case. My case was resolved and the results were fantastic. The team even went a step further with their assistance. Before checks were issued for my daughter and I, my daughter passed away with no cause from the accident. The firm took care of assigning my daughter's check to her father and I. Not that I want to be involved in another car accident, but if I do I know who I am calling.

I would have loved to give 5 start they got me my money that I needed after my accident but the beginning was a little rough with changing lawyers and some appointment stuff that had some mishaps and the lack of communication but in the end they were a lot better. I would recommend them if you're in an accident for sure. Jason and Linda are a great team.

I unfortunately hired this firm cause it was one of the first companies that came up in a Google search for personal injury and auto accident attorneys. I was supposedly assigned to a Tadeo Gil who in the entire time I worked with the firm contacted me one time and left me with no remedy to my case. On July 12th, 2024 I filed to fire them so I could retain a firm that is actually professional and proactive in helping a United States Army Veteran who was injured and had my car totaled by weak USAA insurance and a Rotech snob in a flashy Lexus who admitted before we introduced ourselves it was his fault. I strongly urge you to take a look into this firm prior to hiring them as they are attorneys but they don't actually work nor follow the law
