I can't thank Mack Injury attorneys enough for the incredible support they gave me during one of the most difficult times of my life. After being involved in a car wreck with someone who had no insurance I felt overwhelmed, frustrated and unsure of what to do next from the moment I contacted their office, I was met with professionalism and compassion as well as confidence from Amber. She took the time to walk me through every step of the process, explain my options clearly and made sure I felt supported throughout what could've been a long and stressful situation was handled with efficiency and care. I never felt like just another case to them they truly cared about my recovery and getting the best possible outcome if you're dealing with an accident and feel stuck especially in a complicated situation like mine I highly recommend Mack Injury attorneys they truly go above and beyond for their clients!

My case was very complex and took a lot of time to handle and close out. But, Mr. Mack and his team worked so hard to find a solution and fight back. Poor communication. If I don't call my representative for updated she won't call me. It is something they need to work on. She doesn't respond to my emails etc.

I've been working with Mack Injury Attorney on my case since Feb 2024 and the experience has had its highs and lows but overall I am grateful to have the team I had by the end. In spite of things starting off rocky, I am really happy with the turn around of services & the change of my caseworker/legal aid rep . Ms. Avila was seasoned , polite and respectful which I appreciate as this was my first experience with car accident attorneys. & My first experience with a car accident to this magnitude period. I was seriously injured, out of work, out of a car and just didn't even know where to start or what to expect. So I appreciate Ms. Avila and Mr. Mack for the work they have done thus far . Nathaniel Mack is great at what he does and he truly cares about his clients. After being out of work for 9 months and having no income, Mr. Mack didn't hesistate to financially asist & when I expressed major concerns with how my case was being handled, he made sure to call me personally to rectify any issues & provided me with his personal contact information in case any mishaps or emergencies occurred in the future which I so greatly appreciate. Since then, things have been so much better & It definitely made me feel reassured that my lawyer has my best interest at heart . It would honestly be a 5 star review if my beginning experience was as pleasant as my ending experience. But I will post another review once my case is fully settled out with my final thoughts!
