It's been a great experience with me working with the law firm and it's personnel. They are very thorough with their documentations and legal advices to what are expected of you to complete the process. Ms Sarah Rodriguez, my case manager always on top of the situation that I do not understand and patiently explain them to me. As my recovery goes she gives me information of where it is best to accomplish all this therapy and consultation for my medical needs. As of now we are still in the process of my recovery to health. Liz would answer any question I sent her very quickly and would check in to see how I was doing. I honestly don't know how they have all these 41/2-5 star reviews. Either they're paid for, or Google is boosting them, because my experience has been nothing short of terrible. If I could give zero stars, I would. I've been passed around to multiple caseworkers (I've lost count), and every single time I've had to call for updates myself. They rarely call me, and if they do, they never return my calls when I try to follow up. The communication between them, me, and the other parties is absolutely horrible. The only good thing is that this is a no-fee attorney unless you win -- because I would never hand over my hard-earned money to this firm. Maybe the lawyers are better, but the caseworkers are pitiful. It's the same cycle over and over: nothing new, nothing different, just excuses. The insurance company keeps refusing to pay, and instead of pushing harder, they just go through the motions. It feels like a group of young, inexperienced people trying to work in a field they're not ready for. They don't fight for their clients -- they just pacify the situation. Completely useless.
