i really appreciate the kindness and generosity shown by the person giving out backpacks. It's clear they genuinely care about helping others, especially those in need. The backpacks were not only useful but also thoughtfully packed and in great condition. Acts like this make a big difference in the community and show that there are still people out there willing to give without expecting anything in return. Jason and Staff are friendly and professional. I think they probably over-book themselves on cases, as it took a little over 2 years for mine to settle. They're pretty on top of communication though, in terms of getting you set up with whatever injury specialists and doctors you need to see and handling all the insurance stuff. They're a little bit expensive if your case ends up being taken to trial. Other than that I had a pretty smooth experience with this law firm.

Definitely started rocky through the beginning of my case but overall the communication and dedication towards the end was exceptional. I appreciated the above and beyond making sure I was taken care of. Thank you Christina, Erica, Ashley and Jason. I know it probably wasn't easy with me.

I want to acknowledge that the team members I've interacted with have always been professional and kind. However, I am deeply frustrated with my case, which has been open for over three years following a vehicle accident that was 100% not my fault. Despite sharing all the necessary details, my medical bills will not be included in the compensation I will receive if that ever happens due to me being 17 at the time, I am now 21. The ongoing lack of communication from the firm has made it challenging for me to remain hopeful about receiving compensation for my suffering. I had initially hoped for a resolution, but I'm left feeling disheartened by this prolonged process. If it has to take this long, at the very least the firm should improve their communication. Maybe it is just my particular case that is complicated but in my opinion, it has not been going well these past 3-4 years. While there have been brief moments of good communication that gave me hope, these have often been followed by extended periods of silence that can last for months:/
