I had an excellent experience working with Todd Malaise and Melissa Olivias. They handled my case with professionalism, clear communication, and efficiency from start to finish. They kept me informed throughout the process, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood every step. Most importantly, they settled my case in a timely manner and delivered a result I'm very happy with. I truly appreciate their hard work and dedication. Highly recommend!

As a current client, this whole situation has had me very stressed and depressed.. I definitely feel like I was taking advantage of the fact That there is a contract that you sign to hire them. At the beginning when I called the paralegals that answer the phone made it seem as if I made the right choice, but shortly after it turned into a nightmare. For a whole nine months, my experience was the most miserable Time in my life. After nine months of going through hell, I asked my lawyer to speak to the main guy who's in charge of this law firm about my experience, hoping he would at least change my rate to make things right.. But instead, all he lowered, it was 2.5%.. My perspective on that is he really doesn't care how I felt nor did he care about my experience with this law firm. I understand how this works, but if there is so much money on the table and they end up taking more at the end of it... I highly do not recommend anybody to go with this law firm. Don't believe the ads & the commercials it's all a front. Eventually, the mask falls off.. Erika and Yvette Who are the ones that assisted me for the beginning of the nine months. Erika Is very rude and unprofessional. Instead of her understanding How I felt throughout my experience, I was attacked instead of being understood... Don't believe the good reviews, The main guy, Mr. Jeff Davis he's not considerate nor does he care about his clients enough to Truly understand. This is my for the biggest regret of my life was hiring this lawfirm... I am not happy within the entire experience with this law firm. at the end of the day they're taking home way more money than I am.... Don't let this be you because it's not a good feeling... I have became more depressed about the situation as time passing and very stressed out that I was taking advantage of. Again, my fellow Texans, please do not hire this law firm. Please take your time, The false advertisement fooled me and now I'm stuck in a situation that I'm in.. Instead of the law firm, and the owner understand understanding how my experience was they came with the choice of withdrawing my case, but still wanting money if I hired somebody else... That is not a business of accountability, And that is not somebody you should want to work for you. Google needs to update the stars. We need to be able to give businesses zero stars because they don't even deserve one.

I cant thank Davis Law Firm enough for the way they handled my case. Both Rick Reyna and paralegal Lorena Cruz went above and beyond from start to finish. They made sure i was taken care of, communicated clearly, and always made time to answer my questions. This professionalism and genuine care really stood out. Exceptional customer care, this is my second time under their care and I'll be back. Martin Martinez always kept me informed and scheduled to the right specialists. I love the chiropractor team I was sent too with quality customer service. I love how everything was up front and nothing kept from me. I'll always recommend David law firm first! They are always fair and settled fairly. P.s they've always gotten me more than discussed, even after signing all the final paperwork. Pretty cool if you ask me.
