100% do NOT recommend. I found them through case connect. They are nice and friendly BEFORE they get you to sign the contract, once you sign... they ghost you and it's hard to contact your lawyer in regard to your case. They are professional when speaking with them, but the actions don't match how you're treated and updated about your case. I got money back from my settlement but not much at all. I used them for a car crash where me and 3 of my family members were all injured. The vehicle was mine, and I received less pay out than EVERYONE. Like SIGNIFICANTLY Less.... I got around $3,000, my cousin got $4000 (he didn't use a lawyer, he just got the money directly from progressive insurance adjuster) my twin brother got $15,000 back. He used Mass Law Firm. Carabin Shaw is a JOKE, and they honestly don't give a crap about you, they just want their money off top of the settlement . go somewhere else. I REGRET .... DEEPLY REGRET using this law firm to represent me.

My case is still on going but im about to go with a different firm. Its been months and ive never even spoken to my lawyer. They canceled my pain management and the whole time i was going through it, they wouldnt approve my pain medication. They STILL havent approved my pain medication. Ive stressed to them that this accident cause me to lose my car, my job and even my phone is off right now and they have no sense of urgency or reassurance. I was hit & run, have the other parties insurance, address, police report, etc. I dont have faith they'll take care of me.
