Seemed at first to be the right lawyer to go to. My situation was bad. My son was taken abruptly from his home by his mother. I had no idea where my son was for 2 months. I Was desperate. So I Met with ratliff twice. Paid his retainer. Temp orders court date comes around, he was completely unprepared. The ex wife's lawyer walked all over him in court. He was as calm as a lap dog. His lack of fight, and lack of being prepared was a slap in the face, and a total disregard and lack of compassion for my situation. It seems like He had spent no more than, the less than, 2 hrs we spoke in person over 2 meetings, on my eblntire case, . And forgot most of the details at that. Then had the nerve to send me another bill. The wrong lawyer can completely ruin your family, and put your kids in the wrong hands. ALWAYS research thoroughly and be patient when choosing your lawyer and NEVER higher lawyers like Ratliff

Ratliff was very professional. He was very friendly. We were satisfied with the job he did for us. We liked his secretary. She was very sincere and very helpful.

We've tried to communicate with Gerald Ratliff on two occasions. First time he let us know that we needed to send our cort documentation. I did that and followed up with him via e-mail to ask him to let me know if he had any issues receiving my documents. He never replied, reached out. The second time around he was very dismissive our our case even though we were not legally presented our court document properly and have been victims of parental alienation, and our child is in danger of abuse and neglect. Clearly Gerald Ratliff is not interested in seeking justice or treating his potential customers well. Very disappointing.

I would like to thank Ratcliff Law Firm for helping gain custody of my daughter. Mr. Ratliff is my go to guy for any and all legal advice should it ever arise. Mr.Ratliff is very respected in the legal arena and because of him l was able to get FULL CUSTODY OF MY DAUGHTER AND I AM FOREVER GREAT FULL .
