I had 2 months before the statue of lim expired. I found Estes in Google after my 1st attorney only knew how to handle TX PIP and dropped me. Estes knew how to handle out of state policies and went to work right away. They told me the process would be slow but it wasn't. Resolution only took about 9 mths. I wish I found them first. I felt instant stress relief after my consultation. The 40% fee is the same as the previous lawyer but the effort and quality is more. I'm very pleased with their service.
