I found Mr Adams through my legal plan to help with a divorce case. I can say that my divorce did get done and the outcome was good and settled amicably between my ex and myself. However, communication with the staff was horrible whether it was through the portal the office utilizes or directly via email or phone. Often it would take multiple attempts to get an answer or update from them. The associate attorney in the office was very confident in himself and his legal abilities though i never saw anything that supported his claims. At the end of one call, he asked my thoughts on how they could improve customer service in the office. My first and simplest of suggestions was to respond in a thorough and timely fashion. This was obviously never taken to heart. My final experience was logging into the portal to get an update on the status of a document pending signature from the court. I was specifically asked to communicate through the portal by the paralegal. I received no update (as usual) so went to send a message as directed. Upon logging in I found my access to the site had been disabled and to "contact the attorney". I emailed the office asking for an update and noting that my access to the portal was blocked. I received an email back stating that the document was signed 4 days prior and that if i needed the document I could get it from the courts website...Done.
