I'm not a fan of law practices that bill you and always act as if they're doing their job out the kindness of their heart, NO. People value your time and your money because if you don't, these people definitely will not. I've done business with Greg before, but lately his office reflects his attitude as well. I had a zoom meeting that was scheduled a month out at 2pm...the day of the meeting Greg sends an email to me (while I'm in front of my computer) stating "Let me know what time you would like to reschedule...I've been waiting since 2pm" I immediately called the office to be treated rudely by someone who struggled to speak english. I explained that I was available and that Greg sent me an email just 2 minutes ago. She stated that she had no idea where Greg was. First off, I know he wasn't waiting on zoom for me for an hour. Why wouldn't he just call me? Exactly because he didn't want to take my call but he wanted my money. I immediately blew up. Don't waste your time folks.

When I submitted a request for a consultation for my security deposit case, Mr. Fell responded within hours asking me for more details. Soon after, we had an initial conversation over video conference. Mr. Fell was thorough and patiently explained how he thought I had a strong case and what his fees would be should I retain him. What I appreciated the most was how responsive Mr. Fell was. My case was by no means a large financial transaction, yet Mr. Fell treated me the same regardless.
