I came in person from FTW to meet these people and discuss my situation in hopes we could solve my concerns together. I wasn't comfortable giving my SS#, and other personal information over the phone. So when I eventually reached the reception area, they openly asked me for that information right in front of the receptionist. I said," I didn't want to get into that right now". I don't know what she said at that point but she actually threw her hands up and head back in frustration. I responded immediately with, "Thank you for your time & goodbye". I then immediately exited the way I came in. Now I'm out in the parking lot writing this review. In my lifetime attorneys take you to a private room and often will discuss the situation with you. Once in an agreement that's where the personal information comes in. Unfortunately having to find someone else will be very stressful for me in my current state. Yet that's okay because if this treatment is how we begin, it won't be pleasant in the long run.

Being in an accident can be quite traumatic yet my case manager Ms. Safa has really been there for me And My Family. She's been not only comforting, but Informative, caring and we can tell that she works really hard. We just wanted to say thank you to her and to your law firm.

I can't tell you how wonderful Attorney Mo Said and his team (Atty Robert, Ruben and Daniela) were! They were professional and made sure I was prepared for every encounter, literally. Update: MAS Law Went Above and Beyond Although I had concerns early on, I want to give credit where it's due. MAS Law truly turned things around and went above and beyond to settle my case. Once everything was properly addressed, their team handled my claim with professionalism, urgency, and care. I'm especially grateful that they fought for the full value of my damages, including lost wages. I now feel heard, respected, and fully supported. The outcome exceeded my expectations, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Because of this experience, MAS Law is now my attorney for life. I previously raised issues related to discrepancies and felt discouraged by her responses. Unfortunately, it seemed those concerns were not fully acknowledged. She ultimately declined to assist me and referred me back to my attorney, which left me feeling unsupported during a key part of the process.
