I'm writing this on behalf of my wife. She wanted Fernando to represent her in court for a civil case that she's been working hard on for over a year. She did all the paperwork herself, gathered all her evidence, followed up with him several times, and was fully prepared to pay him on the day of the hearing just like they agreed. The day of court comes, and he completely bails. No phone call(claims he wasn't sure if his paralegal reached out or not), no text message, no email until hours before her hearing and only because she reached out to him first to confirm the day before her hearing. It was extremely rude, inconsiderate and disrespectful. If she hadn't emailed him to confirm, she would've shown up expecting him to be there, and he would've just left her hanging. She had to walk into court alone after thinking she had a lawyer backing her up. That's not okay. He also gave her advice that turned out to be wrong. It just feels like he didn't take her case seriously. If he couldn't commit to helping, he should've just said that from the beginning instead of stringing her along. Luckily, my wife still won her case, but it wasn't because of him. It was because she did everything herself. We're both really disappointed initially. She kept giving him the benefit of the doubt even when I was trying to warn her and he let her down when it mattered most. Completely unprofessional, incompetent, shady and unreliable.

Fernando is an attorney who is excellent to work with. When I needed a solar contract reviewed prior to purchase, he provided a clear response and legal opinion in short order. I look forward to working with him in the future regarding business legal services needed.

Fernando was amazing in trial today! We won a $40k judgement for quantum meriut and the opposing counsel tried so hard to object and burden us but he overcame and fought for me and I felt he was very genius and strategic while I was a witness on the stand - he focused on the target of getting me paid and went to great lengths so I could have my day in court and get an award! He is a kind gentlemen but won't let the other side bully or gaslight him he is wise and discerning and the type of lawyer you want in your corner fighting for you with composure and decorum !

If I could give this 10 I a 100% would. Fernando has been nothing short of amazing. I've had multiple time sensative issues come up and he has always responded in a timely manner and always with the most sound advice. Very knowledgeable on alot of things, and if there is something he doesnt know, he will research it before taking on a case and i appreciate that. Don't ever plan on using anyone else as long as he is in business!
