Kevan handled our last will & testament, durable power of attorney, healthcare power of attorney, living will, HIPPAA authorization. He also verified that we had similar documents produced in Costa Rica as the documents created in the United States are not seen as enforceable in Costa Rica. Each of us have a binder with these documents. He told me that when circumstances change that we should call and see if any of these documents need to be modified, no charge. His office always responds quickly to any request for information.
