I was never given details about what was happening with my case unless I called and specifically asked. Even then, most of the time the response I got was "someone will call you back" and of course, they didn't. When asked directly if the paperwork we needed to move forward had been filed, I was told that it had been, and that it would take up to 2 weeks to hear back. 2 weeks later, I find out it had never actually been filed and the process hadn't even started. After nearly a month and a half of the worst communication I've ever experienced, and absolutely NOTHING getting done with my case, I asked for my retainer back and found a new lawyer. I will never return here.

We recently purchased Just Between Friends Dallas/Waxahachie and David Hagestad with Guest and Gray Law Firm was amazing to work with. David took the time needed to walk us through all aspects of the contract and was instrumental in the negotiation process. David advised us on things that should and shouldn't be in the contract and gave us very detailed information to support his advise.
