I have had my share of family law attorneys but let me tell you Halina Radchinko was above my expectations! She's compassionate and understanding when it comes to such sensitive matters, the only attorney I know who had call and checked on me after hours. Halina believe in me and that's why I am forever grateful for her. She knows the law well and plays no games in the court room!!! If you want an aggressive family law expert call Halina. Thank me later.

It is unfortunate my experience was unlike so many of the other reviews, however, I think it is still worth mentioning if you are on the fence as to which law firm to retain when it comes to family matters. This firm gladly accepted the retainer fee and then all but refused to answer my calls, emails, etc. When I voiced frustration and seemed clarification over the course of several weeks, staff blamed miscommunications as to which professional was handling my case and still were unable to follow through with their very simple responsibilities regarding my needs after the fact. This confusion (on their side) led to me having a prenuptial agreement simply notarized before my wedding. My husband's attorney was not even able to work with them due to their complete disregard for communication. Their lack of transparency and professionalism was further showcased when it took over a month to have Halina directly contact me to resolve the inadequacies. Once again, blame was placed on other employees, which only furthered my belief they lack professionalism as a whole. Yes I eventually received a partial refund of the retainer, but again, even that required me literally calling/emailing several times over the course of several weeks and having to hear more of their excuses.

Halina is amazing!!!! I'll start there! She isn't the cheapest lol but she is the best! I am a black man that was painted out to be a monster which was all lies. Halina helped me gain Sole custody of my 2 daughters which doesn't happen often by any means. The extra hard work and long hours Halina and her team worked made all the difference. The evidence and research was bar none! It was a tough and expensive 2 year battle but worth it! Halina and her staff truly are amazing and worth every penny! You pay for what you get and incan promise it's more than worth it! Thank you again Halina! Also Laura you know you the bomb!!!!! Can't forget to shout you out
